With a DP, you receive a fully customizable website hosted on one of our affiliated nonprofit platforms. This isn’t just a static page; it’s a dynamic hub for your program, with the ability to include multiple pages of extended written and visual content.

Whether you’re detailing your mission, sharing stories of impact, or highlighting upcoming events, your website can grow alongside your program.

In addition to program content, your website can include order forms for selling crafts or other fundraising items, as well as user-friendly donation and contact forms. This makes it easy for supporters to contribute, ask questions, or purchase items to support your work.

Program managers also receive access to more detailed donor information compared to our Community Support Funds (CSFs), allowing you to better understand and engage with your supporters.

BrightLeaf Consulting ensures that affiliated nonprofits retain ownership and control over all funds, ensuring they are used for charitable purposes that align with 501(c)(3) guidelines. Fundraising materials make it clear that donations are made to the affiliated nonprofit and earmarked for your program’s activities. Our Service Fee is 3% of All Incoming Transactions

To Complete This Form You Will Need

  • A Program Name (This Is The Name That Will Be Used To Identify Your Transactions)
  • A Short Description of Your Program (This Will Be Used On Your Donation Program Site)
  • Contact Information Including Email And Phone (Preferably A Phone With Text And/Or Whatsapp)

Once this form is submitted and your information has been verified, our dedicated staff will begin working on your program website.

This process will take 3-5 business days. As soon as we complete your account creation, you will receive an email confirmation that includes all relevant account information.

Donations via CREDIT CARD – 3.5%

Rules of Credit Card Processing

  • Never process transactions over $10,000 without checking with BrightLeaf first at npaccount@brightleafc.com
  • Never process multiple transactions with the same name or credit card number on the same day
  • Make sure your donors know the non-profit organization’s name that will appear on their credit card statement; if a transaction is later disputed there is an additional $35 fee

Donations via CHECK – 1% (Electronic), 3% (Mailed)

Rules of Check Processing

  • Checks should be processed electronically through your custom link
  • YOU MUST INFORM YOUR DONORS THAT CHECKS WILL BE PROCESSED ELECTRONICALLY

Donations via WIRE – $15 (Domestic), $35 (International)

Donations via ACH TRANSFER – FREE

These fees are deducted from the disbursed amount.

Bank Transfer: No fee

Cash Disbursal: 2%
