Our Visa Application and Submission Services

We offer visa preparation and submission services for students residing in Israel.

Our services start at $350 per application (charged to the applicant). In some cases, premium fees may apply.

Application Requirements

  • Your students must currently be in Israel and must remain in Israel throughout the entire application process
  • Your students will need a clear picture of their passport, which must be valid for at least 6 months*
  • Your students will need a clear picture of their original birth certificate
  • Your students will need an original letter (ishur limudim) from your educational institution/program that states they are a current student*

* Please note that the length of their visa will never exceed the expiration date of their passport or the dates of study mentioned in their student letter.

Application for Permission to Work Requirements

  • Your students will need an original letter providing proof of Judaism
  • Your students will need an original letter from a prospective employer offering employment in Israel
  • Your students will need a criminal history record from their country of origin

IMPORTANT: Please note that while the average visa application processing time is usually between 7-10 business days, due to a number of factors we can not provide a timetable for individual visa applications.

As soon as we receive the results of your students application we will contact them. Visa pickup notifications are only sent out once final payments have been made.
